CWS, but there is only 1 (or possibly 2/3) 190s where 1D are great seats - on all of the others, it's 2C and 2D that are the best BA shorthaul seats given lack of row 1 which I assume you are referring you.
I got 'stung' by this this week though - had received my usual 2D only to find at OLCI that the a/c was one that had 1A and 1B missing so the winners were in 2A and 2B though my 1D without a neighbour was acceptable.
