We just came back from Los Cabos 1 week ago. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in San Jose Del Cabos which is the town where HP is at. The distance to walk from our hotel to HP is about 25 mins. We walk passed HP quite a few times and the outside is completely repair after the damage from the hurricane. All the buildings in that area were repaired. HP is not on the beach but it does have a couple of things going for it. It is next to the Mega supermarket so you can get your grocery there. Mega supermarket is in a new mall where there is also a starbucks, dairy queen, a McDonalds a ice cream shop, and some small restaurants. It is also next to the bus stop where you can take public transportation to Cabos San Luca, which is a bigger town than San Jose Del Cabos.
