While I am part of Hyatt Gold Passport, it's not one of the primary programs I use. I have only about 6500 points and no status with them. I have Gold status in Hilton and Starwood.

1. Consider putting Disney on the front or back end of your trip, and staying on site for one or two nights

2. I'm at a bit of a loss wrt Jinke Road (boonies), but anywhere on line 2 would be okay

3. Don't let subway convenience play too much of a role in your calculus

@brokenwindow: In your case, staying near the convention center is obviously desirable. Maybe look into the Kerry?
