Not 100% sure in regards to Eagle rating, been EXP for 4 years and fly 200k/yr regularly. She did bend the rules a bit by refunding a "non refundable" ticket to begin with in order for the SWUs to redeposit. When I book my next trip with immediate upgrade space I will call and make the attempt to pull the expired ones. Can't hurt to ask! Thanks for the responses!
