Just completed 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The staff were amazingly professional and friendly, and the champaign bar, though small, had great selections. The hotel is very boutique-ish (46 rooms), which we really liked. It is just up the street in a mixed residential/commerical neighborhood from the Trocadero Metro and also not a far walk to the Eiffel tower (~20 minutes).
In advance of arrival I inquired about costs to upgrade my deluxe booked room (325EUR/night) to a suite with an Eiffel Tower view. For an additional 220EUR/night they gave me the one and only room in the entire hotel with a tower view on the top floor "Suite Eiffel". I didn't initially see it offered online, but when searching other dates it shows up at a higher price than the 545EUR we were offered. And looking for other hotels with decent rooms with an Eiffel Tower view resulted in very expensive options.
You take the tiny, 2 person Louis Vuitton elevator (yes, it's adorned in LV wallpaper) up to the top floor (6) where there are several suites. The Eiffel suite is room 608 and when you open the door, you ascend a small staircase up to the suite, which is technically on the 7th floor but only accessible from the 6th floor entrance.
You land in the living room with the window view of the Eiffel Tower. Down a small hallway is the toilet room, bathroom/jacuzzi/shower room, huge walk in closet and then the bedroom. It felt like a mini residence!
Definitely would return to this property on a future stay.
