You won't have to "track one down", this isn't AA where you ring the call bell and they just reset it 3 times before you are forced to get up and go and disturb them in the galley. If you want something, ring the call bell and someone will come, usually within seconds on these night flights when everyone is asleep, and if they have it, you will get it
