Flying BA Orly to LHR, connecting to AA Flight to US

We will be flying BA from Orly to LHR, where we will then connect to an American Airlines flight to CLT. It's been many years since we've flown in or out of LHR, so I have a couple of questions:

*Our first flight leaves Orly at 8:15--so I'm guessing we need to be there about 5-ish. What time do the BA counters open? Given the current security situation at airports, I don't want to cut it too close. We plan on taking a cab from our apartment in the 11th.

*We'll be flying Club Exec--is there an expedited security line at Orly for Business/First Class?

*After we arrive at LHR, I'm assuming we'll need to change terminals (although I haven't researched this yet) Will we need to navigate security again? I'm hoping we can remain airside, as we have 2 1/2 hours only. Again, we are flying Business Class--any expedited/priority lines?

Thanks in advance for any answers and advice!
