The entrance to the Williamsburg bridge is on Bedford Ave, on the south side of the bridge (Bedford Avenue just north of S. 6th Street).

For the Brooklyn bridge, the entrance is from Washington St/Cadman Plaza East, where it goes underneath the bridge.

Both are labeled on Google maps if you zoom in on the general area.
