If there are no changes to the outbound, including booking class, then you'll be checked in on your original ticket and when BA come to do the reissue, they'll just exchange the return only. Nothing to worry about.
If however, the booking class changed on the outbound for some reason, say S to M, but still same flights, call or tweet BA and get it resolved ASAP.
