East River bridges pedestrian entry points?

Halfway through my NYC visit, I switch from a Midtown hotel to the Lower East Side.

I'd like to take the southbound East River Ferry from E 34th and jump off at either of the Williamsburg stops or Brooklyn/DUMBO, then walk back across either the Williamsburg or Brooklyn Bridge. http://www.eastriverferry.com/RouteMap.aspx

Where exactly do pedestrians enter the walkways? If someone can give approximate street intersections, so I can mark them on my Google Map, I'd reeeeally appreciate the help.

The NYC DOT site was no help. http://www.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/inf.../bridges.shtml

TIA.
