Yes, MileSAAver flights are bookable with avios.

However I don't see any economy MileSAAver flights for those dates.

I do see first MileSAAver flights but they are all connecting flights which BA.com has problems finding. But for BOS-DCA-ORD for example it would be 36,000 avios one way.
