I am due to fly tomorrow (Saturday) on a BA ticket I bought some time ago. A few days ago I changed the return flights. But though my new return itinerary is indicated when I check my booking at ba.com, the ticket has not been issued and my cc has not yet charged for the change.

Will this cause any problems on my outbound flight (for which the itinerary remains the same) if the ticket is not reissued before Saturday? The BA CSR whom I spoke to says it is not a problem, but I wanted to check the collective wisdom of this forum.

FWIW, it's a J ticket on which the first two legs are AA flights with BA code share flight numbers.
