Today at SEA, I saw people in white polo shirts with "HSS" embroidery watching TSA. They were at every checkpoint and being briefed on procedures.

Aside from that, SEA was the zoo it has been for a while.. not sure why they would have one of the pre-check points of entry closed during "consultant rush hour", or any other time for that matter, but I guess it's just part of the disorganized mess.
