Ooops, this sounds bad. Were you able to give the booking reference to the initial Dublin hotel? It's not unusual for third party booking firms to end up with the reservation at the hotel with an unusual name, and the booking reference number often resolves this, double checking that it's not Kaligo's number, but a number the hotel concerned will recognise. I'm not in the habit of collating this information normally, I'm not the sort to print out every piece of documentation and file it away in a binder, but for third party booking agencies it's something I would always do.

I've used Kaligo a few times, in HKG and SIN, so uneventful that I haven't anything to report. Other than that I recall I got the bonus Avios very quickly.
