What's wrong with the people sitting on the fancy new seats up the front stumping up for them?

The poor saps at the back won't be interested in paying out for those in an altogether better cabin to be even more cosseted than they already are for pretty obvious reasons.

The way forward as far as I can see is for BA to stand behind the quality of its business class product and increase fares in that cabin (that people will surely still pay for) to be able to put in new seating there.
