Even if they do, they probably won't have to worry. OAK runs very much on time, and it's mostly O/D customers. Given OAK's size, and traffic predictability, frequent travelers don't get there terribly early and sit around.

The lounge taking PP will be a cash cow. $20 per entry for people to come in for 5 minutes to grab a cup of coffee is a nice profit margin.
