There are surprisingly only a minor percentage of CW seats that don't have direct aisle access. If you count aisle seats, rear bulkheads/exits and seats where you can slip between the seat and the cabin wall like 63A/J you are only left with around 1 in 3 seats that require stepping over (and even then only if they are occupied).
