No I agree but some people are so opposed to the current set up, because they can't cope without direct aisle access. That picture is just another option people might like to consider that doesn't require leg hopping that isn't the Cirrus or a derivative of it.

There are surprisingly only a minor percentage of CW seats that don't have direct aisle access. If you count aisle seats, rear bulkheads/exits and seats where you can slip between the seat and the cabin wall like 63A/J you are only left with around 1 in 3 seats that require stepping over (and even then only if they are occupied).
