Care to share the property in question? I'm REALLY hoping it's Chattanooga Airport property... even ~8 years ago the exterior-access rooms were the pits, I can't imagine how they are now. The current $63/night price makes me think it won't be a Hampton much longer.

I've seen or stayed at HI/HS, HS/HGI, and now HI/H2S combo properties popping up over the last couple of years, but I wouldn't quite call them "common" yet.
