A bit pointed there, henkybaby, but IMO you're absolutely right.

As a paying passenger, I'm getting a bit tired of the constant degradation of the "BA Experience". Stuff the shareholders - they don't have to put up with the constant 'enhancements' that make them richer.

Still, as I've said before, BA gets less and less of our money these days. I hope that makes the shareholders happy.
