An unexpected bonus with our reservation: had booked a reward stay for a Junior Suite last year. Not River View, as the preferred room points necessary was ridiculously high...instead I wrote the hotel directly asking for a Diamond upgrade to the RV suite if available. Happened to check the World Sale prices yesterday and found that the reward points for a Junior Suite River View had gone DOWN to substantially below what I had used to reserve a non-view suite!!!

Had WONDERFUL service from the Diamond Desk...had just really wanted to confirm the River View but the agent quickly changed our reservation to RV at the lower points and immediately redeposited the difference in my HH account...within minutes! Very pleased with the results and look forward to our stay as the Weinmarkt will be on then.
