An RBC rep once told me to call back after asking if I was on a cell phone saying that naughty people with scanners can pick up the call and hear all the answers to their security questions they use to identify callers and can then take over your account.

Made sense to me and is also why I dont do online banking using an unsecured wi-fi in a public location.
