That one had a line outside it so it was more convenient to use lounge access.
In the end, I went in and changed her while my wife waited outside. Rules are rules, I guess. Regardless of how much they value your business...
As an aside, I had a chat with customer relations this morning and they said the situation was avoidable on the staff's part. Especially when taking into account she knew we weren't going to camp in there for hours.
