Yesterday, my wife, daughter and I flew from SFO, connecting in LHR. We needed access to the lounge to change my 2 year old's nappy and use the facilities before the next flight (15 mins till boarding).

The lady at the front desk refused to let my wife in as I'm only allowed one guest. She even suggested I could go in with my wife but my daughter had to stay outside!!

Did I catch her on a bad day or is this normal...?
