Failing that, another thing to check is whether the BA account number stamped on her actual card is correct. When I received my first card this number was incorrect which stopped the transfer of points to my account. Once this was resolved all the accumulated points transferred correctly and quite swiftly.
We double checked that the BAEC number was correct - both of our addresses are in the US, but of course the address on her BAEC account had to match mine to do the household thing. Didn't figure it would be a big deal. I'm splitting the household account and having her put her BAEC address back to match the Chase one, we'll see where that gets us along with the Chase inquiry.
