Have you checked whether your KLM fare class is eligible to earn miles according to the partner earnings charts? OTOH, if it was ticketed as a DL codeshare (with a DL flight number), IIRC you should earn miles etc. as if it had been a DL operated flight. [Recenlty I received MQMs etc. for a KE flight booked this way.]
