the "checkout" screen that appears after selecting flights displays MQM, RDM, and MQD ... the info does not, however, appear to pull through to either the receipt or the email confirmation

I just noticed that, for a G/A/P fare on a mixed cabin itinerary (BWI-JFK in K on a single-cabin ERJ; JFK-SEA in I), the system did **not** apply the class-of-service bonus for the first leg when displaying on the checkout screen ... I have never had an issue with getting DL to rectify this after the fact, though
