- copy from previous trips with the same routing on your spreadsheet
- call and ask, the phone agents seem to have access to this info
To get your MQM info (after you booked but before you fly), look at your itinerary from Delta website.

Edit to add: I do not have an upcoming flight so I cannot double-check but I am pretty confident about seeing distance of flight segments in the Android app as well.
