Except don't you have to subtract some (all?) of the taxes and fees? Anyway cost info (including taxes/fees breakdown) should be on the receipt. I've never been able to find MQM information after booking. Depending on how exact of a number you need, you could try
- milecalc.com or gc mapper should be reasonably close (IME when there's a mismatch the Delta MQMs is slightly higher)
- dummy booking as
MSPeconomist suggested (although this can be tedious)
- copy from previous trips with the same routing on your spreadsheet

- call and ask, the phone agents seem to have access to this info
