Hey y'all, very specific question here but thought I would give it a shot.

We are flying into Abu Dhabi early next month and are trying to decide on the Hyatt Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi or the Park Hyatt Dubai. Both have fantastic rates currently. The Hyatt Capital Gate is $88 a night and the Park Hyatt is $155 a night although I would need to book 3 consecutive nights in order to get that rate. A one or 2 night stay is pricing out at $184 a night.

I'm a Hyatt Diamond so would use a DSU for which ever place we ended up.

Will have Etihad driver access so getting to Dubai wont be a problem.

We're not too adventurous and with the 8 hour time change will be doing things more in the afternoon and evenings.

Thinking if we stayed in Abu Dhabi we would head to Ferrari World and the Water Park. If we stayed in Dubai we would go ski and visit the Burj K building and fountains. We will be without our 2 kids (yay!) so relaxing by the pool will be on the list too.

Is the PH Dubai worth the $67 more a night?
