This time the domestic run is SFO-EWR and is on a 777 one way and 757 the other. Both with BF. If I pledge the miles and dollars I am at risk of clearing the domestic only but not the INTL segments, and this time I would NOT get a refund of miles and $$?

Advice? Thanks!
Based on the text of the rule, there would be no refund based on the BF branding of the ps flights. Nonetheless, refunds of the miles + copay have been reported in those circumstances.

Unfortunately, there is simply a lack of clarity here and no one can say with 100% certainty what will happen. (Except there will be no "prorating" as someone else has suggested. . . that is not an option.)
