Sprint has a "Sprint One World" or something like that. Just ask about it.

Voice/Text is included for free. 1gb per billing cycle is free. 1gb is 30 per gb after that. So basic usage is pretty cheap. Just watch your data. 1gb on a smart phone you can burn up in minutes if you are on LTE. They do say you need to be on Rogers.

I am not sure if this option is available for all customers but it is what I use when I travel to Canada.
