I have a points stay in a month or so on Maui...we too aren't arriving until the next morning (flights changed but I couldn't change the hotel reservation without doubling the points for each night). I'm plat and have used this before for work travel but they don't show upgraded room options or the pay upgrade options (or if they do I've never seen it). Has anyone used this at a resort property to secure an upgraded room?
