I think Carlos may be thinking that in some countries 'aliens' need to register with the local authorities but even then it's usually done by hotels etc rather than needing a personal visit.
Carlos - you are fine. You arrived into the UK correctly there is no problem for you to 'solve'.
Your departure via Eurostar will be recorded by the UK Border Force (they will scan your passport) and it won't be a problem for you either now or in the future.
