You can make a dummy booking on BA.com for SEALHR tomorrow and before payment you can look at the seat map, and assuming you are travelling outside holidays/large conference it will give you a rough idea of availability at T-24.

And IME, there can be a huge amount of random variation from one day to the next as to how many seats are already pre-allocated before T-24h.
