I had a rental with Avis (originated thru an email from WN) a couple of months ago that became ineligible for RR points after I added my Avis Wizard number to be able to go to the car. My Wizard number was tied to a corporate discount that provided no additional benefit or discount beyond what the WN code did. Eventually an email to WN customer service got my points posted.
