Or, conversely, how many are pleased with it and are more likely to fly UA? I'm in there, too bad it came too late for my summer travel, which is already booked (the majority on UA in fact). I'm not Plat for the rest of the year instead of Gold so I think all that gets me is BG1 but still that's nice. It was nice at SFO on Friday too, as SFO has so many elites, if you're in BG2 you wait your turn for a long time
