MKK-LUP on an Aloha Islandair prop that picked me up at West Maui, landed at Molokai Dillingham Field up top, and then made an unlisted (but available) stop at Kalaupapa, the tiny airport that serves the former leper colony on the northern peninsula of Molokai. No one got on at LUP. No one got off. Some supplies were delivered, and some mail was picked up. I was told people would book the flight to come and go, but it was not advertised. This was in the early '90's. I believe the route has EAS service now.
