Some responses seem much better than others. I remember the days I used to get calls back from 1Kvoice. Perhaps writing in more than a couple of times gets a customer put on a "pay no mind" list?
Your response is just as bad as mine. An excerpt:
Thanks for contacting us with your feedback on the Mileage PlusŪ recent promotion. The new promotion is to try to win back some of our lost members. We are only trying to give members an incentive to turn their attention back to us. As you know we’ve made a number of changes and improvements over the past couple of years and we are trying to win those customer back to United. They are not receiving all the benefits that our true and loyal members receive.
They also spelled Oscar's last name wrong later in the response

and said something about my comments inspire their marketing team
