If you were doing something other than a rt then your higher priced OTA might have restrictions against certain itins due to past fd abuse or such. It's also possible they simply don't have access to the seats, eg all US based Expedia clones have trouble finding LH availability at times (they literally see ZERO seats in any class in some cases).
