Perfect - Thankyou all for your insight. It looks like I'm just going to "keep it simple" and stick with the Hyatt booking - seeing that we'll probably want to explore and eat out anyways. VERY happy to find that some "top" ramen and udon spots are <1 mile away from our hotel. Now...where to get breakfast.
