I don't know if it's more or less reliable, but it's almost as quick to do a search on Google flights. LON to Europe, Y/J, oneworld and then pull up the map and pull the price cap gradually downwards. (Admittedly you may see some Vueling/other flights). Tends to pick up North Africa too.
I second this: use Google Flights
You can set times, airlines, non-stops etc and then just look at the map.
The only downside would be if you're flexible on dates because you can't browse for both location and date.
