They absolutely clear and sweep the trains in Orlando during International arrival. Other boarding passengers are kept from approaching the trains until it arrives and everyone unloads and the area clears. They then walk every car of the train before closing the doors on the unload side and then after they are closed, opening them on the load side. You absolutely cannot stay in the train and just go back when you arrive internationally. It's my home airport and I've watched this sequence a hundred times.
I've always found this an odd int'l arrivals set-up. But I thought I saw some of these pax walk off the train and then head out of security as a normal pax would. Were they supposed to go somewhere else?
