I completely disagree. If I'm on a CW ticket and someone wants to charge me on the BA domestic sector for a G&T, I'll not be pleased.
There are plenty of airlines already that offer an unbundled service.

Not everyone has time to go shopping or to the lounge on their way to the gate, particularly early in the morning. And indeed why get up early to go to a shop when you'll be sitting on a plane for an hour with nothing to do?
