I had the 'pleasure' of BoB on IB yesterday. 2-3 pax in Y got a mysterious water cup and nuts serving from the purser, the rest bought from the menu, which took 30min on a 2h flight. I had loaded up at the lounge including a G&T and survived
Today I depend on BA for lunch as we have no time between 9am and 15:15 appointments in MAD and LON to sit down and eat anything. Hoping BA wows me with ontime performance and stellar ET catering

Totally OT I realize, but I find this a very strange debate. How can people's experiences differ so much? My personal experience has been 100% success rate, and just last night I flew SK and the person next to me asked for water adn it was no problem. In fact the crew had the large 2L bottles out with plastic cups for just this purpose.
I wonder if it's a route thing...
