On motorways you should be fine but bare in mind that on local roads they sometimes don't put signs or cones up for road works and I have nearly had an accident at night where they put dark coloured stones out in the road as a warning.
Yeah, I will avoid driving at night. We will leave Cappadocia in the morning for our drive to Pamukkale so we can arrive before dark. Figuring it will take about 8 hrs so if we head out by 9 am we should be OK.
