just returned from FS. no issues getting chairs at palm grove though occupancy was low excluding a corporate event that tied up probably half the rooms but had events during the day.

also, i was told that condo units renters cannot sit by the pool even with paying the resort fee (which explained why there would be people lying in the grass by the walkway in front of the pool).
