Read Clause 6

"Eligible Overseas Transaction" is a transaction with original sales slip or official payment record conducted with an Eligible Credit Card during the Promotional Period outside Hong Kong and in any currency except (i) Hong Kong Dollars, and (ii) Renminbi ("RMB") paid with UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to RMB sub-account), and posted on the Bank's system during the Extra RewardCash Offer fulfilment period. The transaction amount will be based on the currency and amount in Hong Kong Dollars after conversion posted in the credit card statement. Whether a transaction is an Eligible Overseas Transaction shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. Transactions including mail, fax and telephone orders, instalment plans, casino transactions and unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions will not be eligible for this promotion.
