Normally in these situations, the relevance is that it is (or should be) a quote from someone who matters. The use of quotation marks is the way to do so in 'online land' and also beyond.
"No plans to update CW" says WW.
If you want accurate, it would be:

That should cover 20% of all posts. But please keep doing it, because without it, FT would not be the same.
