I know, I was mildly bemused by the agents small plane reference! I've flown this route several times on a cash booking and know the OWS always applies. It's just weird they are being so insistent about this redemption booking.

The e-ticket does say the following:

"Adults, young adults and children: Hand baggage only fare. No checked baggage allowance."

I am just assuming this is a glitch in the system and it thinks its a BA HBO fare.
