Too much in my opinion. The logical thing would be to combine Jotunheimen and the western fjords. Jotunheimen borders the fjord area, but obviously are quite different. You would also save on transport to/from Lofoten.

As for logigs: how much luggage are you carrying? Only whatever you have in the backback, or are you planning on leaving a significant amount of luggage at your base, or in the rental car?
